A LITTLE POT OF WARMTH.

*THANK YOU TO NORA FOR SHARING THIS!

IT’S DEFINITELY COOLING IN COLORADO …after a long, dry summer.

I don’t know about you but, when fall arrives, everything here in Colorado turns a lovely golden color, the air is crispy, and suddenly a warm bowl of soup is the coziest spot to be. I think it’s the tradition - the official changing of seasons. I love the curl of steam above the bowl as it comes out of the pot. Each bite is a little warmth, comforting, and a tasty way to slow down and savor the change of seasons.

There should be enough to take care of your lunch the next day. It didn’t last long enough for that in this house!

Anyway, Happy Fall - let me know if you try it.

Until next time:)

XOXO, ROSANNA
