The Barbie Pink Latte
Today was my first exposure to this pretty in pink latte.
It can be made hot or cold….AND, packs a huge punch of essential nutrients in the very thing that makes it pretty….the pink stuff.
Any guesses?
The Barbie Pink Latte
The Magic Pink powder is made as follows: (measurements of ingredients can be customized to your needs so add or delete as YOU need)
Pink latte mix:
1/3 cup beetroot powder
4 teaspoons ground cardamom
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Espresso (I must have this…..but, if you are cutting caffeine, leave it out)
I don’t normally use sweetener in my coffee. But, if you need a little something try this one.
Now, If you’ve made your powder ahead of time, great! Just add a tablespoon (more if you like) in a large mug and add hot Nut Pods or Oat Milk and disolve powder thoroughly. Now you can zhuzz the milk or Nut Pods with a frother and enjoy.
If you are making each cup fresh, you might consider cooking a beet root and adding it to hot milk or water in a blender. You can add all other ingredients once the beet is thoroughly blended and enjoy.
This is a bit like the old Golden Tea recipe of last year.
