The Summer Spritz That’s Not Aperol…

Raspberry Limoncello Spritz

My new summer go-to!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Coat rim of glass in sugar/swerve

2. Muddle 4-5 raspberries in bottom of glass

3. Fill each glass half way with Prosecco (my new fav is Cava)

4. Fill remainder of glass with Limoncello

5. Garnish with fresh lemons just prior to serving
